Couple + Group Halloween Costume Ideas

October 24, 2017

Hi everyone, happy early Halloween!  Last year, I didn’t do any Halloween posts and I totally regretted it so this year, I’m throwing in a costume idea post!  I came up with a few ideas for both couples and groups so I hope you find one you love.

Couple Ideas:

  1. Jenny and Forrest Gump.  This one is super easy!  The guy should wear a short-sleeved button down shirt tucked into brown pants and the girl should wear a yellow and white short-sleeved dress.  Chances are, you might already have these items in your closet and everyone will instantly know who you are!
  2. Scooby and Shaggy.  I think this idea is adorable!  The guy has it easy and can just wear a lime green t-shirt with red pants but the girl has to do a little more work.  Grab an oversize brown t-shirt so you can wear it as a dress.  Next, get dark brown construction paper or felt and cut big circles out and super glue them to the t-shirt.  Finish off the look with a teal choker and your hair in two buns on the top of your head and you’re good to go!
  3. Jessie and Woody from Toy Story.  This one is super cute as well!  I love Disney themed costumes and this one is perfect for you and your boyfriend or girlfriend!  Amazon has some great, cheap costume kits you can order or you can DIY it and create your own.  Either will work and you’ll have a ton of fun putting the outfits together!

Group Ideas:

  1. Cheetah Girls.  This is a costume idea that I’ve been dying to do for years!  Grab three of your best girl friends and buy a few of the classic velour jumpsuits in different colors and you’re instantly Cheetah-ized!
  2. The Avengers.  This is an idea that works well with a larger group because there are so many characters to choose from!  Whether you have a group of three or a group of seven, there are plenty of characters for everyone.  I might have to use this idea myself!
  3. Cast of Riverdale.  Riverdale is one of the hottest TV shows right now so it’d be a blast to recreate some of the key character’s looks!  Get some red hair dye if you’re going for Archie or Cheryl or grab some lipstick and pearls if you’re being Veronica and you’re set!

Those are all my ideas for couple and group Halloween costumes!  I hope you found at least one idea that will work for you and your crew and if you do decide to use it, make sure you let me know in the comments below!  See you next Tuesday for another post!

24 Hours in New York City

October 17, 2017

Hey travelers, welcome back to Allison in Wonderland!  This past weekend, I did a whirlwind trip to New York City and I’m here to share all about my time there.  Keep reading to see what I got up to in the big city!

Driving to New York City only takes about 2 or 3 hours from where I live in Maryland, so we usually drive or take a bus, but this time we decided to take a train!  I took my mom on the trip with me and it was actually our first time on a train.  When we went to Chicago (Chicago travel post linked here), we rode a commuter train into the city but that ride was only around 20 minutes and a little bit different than the Amtrak train we took this time, so we were really excited for the experience!  It ended up to be an absolutely amazing way to travel into the city and we can’t wait to book our next train trip!

Once we arrived in Penn Station, we quickly hopped in a taxi and were on our way to our hotel.  After we were in the taxi for about a minute, we actually got pulled over and the driver got a ticket!  It was strange to have that happen because I never thought about the possibility of getting pulled over in New York City but we just hopped out and got in another one.  We stayed right by Central Park, so the ride took about 20 minutes and we were already checked into the hotel after only being in the city for a half hour!

Once we got settled in our room, we hit the streets!  Originally, we weren’t supposed to get to the city until after dark but we were able to change our tickets so we arrived earlier and we were so glad we did!  We walked around the Columbus Circle area and W 59th Street and got our first taste of the city in the fall!  I’ve been to the city many times before but never in the fall and it’s amazing!  The leaves were changing in Central Park so it was neat to walk the streets and have the city skyline on one side and the colorful leaves of the park on the other side.

The next morning, we were up bright and early because I had a Central Park photoshoot at 10am!  A couple months ago, I contacted one of my favorite photographers that I follow on Instagram and found out she was coming to the East Coast this month and I jumped at the chance to work with her.  The shoot was incredible and she was just the sweetest girl!  I’ll be getting the photos back soon so make sure you’re following me on Instagram (@allisantmyer) so you’ll see how amazing they turned out!  Also, leave me a comment if you’d like me to write a post talking about the details of the shoot!

After the shoot, we grabbed some lunch and headed back to the hotel to grab our things.  Once we took a little breather, we headed back out with all our luggage to do the rest of our exploring.  Luckily for us, we each managed to only bring a backpack so we didn’t have a ton to carry around with us.  We walked a lot of Central Park, looking at all the beautiful bridges and the carriage rides and I got to see the Central Park carousel for the first time!  Before this trip, I hadn’t spent a lot of time in the park so I was really stoked to get to see more of it.

When it was close to the time we had to catch our train, we grabbed a taxi and headed back to Penn Station.  Penn Station was a lot busier than the station we left from at home, but it was still very easy to maneuver.  Overall, the trip was incredible and 24 hours went by way too quickly!  I’d been looking forward to this trip for months and I’m sad it’s over but I guess that just means I’ll have to go back again soon!  Thank you so much for reading this post, I hope you enjoyed it!  Don’t forget to follow me on Instagram to see more photos from my trip.  See you next week!

My First Experience with Gel Nails

October 10, 2017

Hi beauties and welcome to another one of my weekly blog posts!  This week’s topic is beauty related and I’m talking all about gel nails!  I’ve been getting my nails done for years and years now but I’ve never gotten gel nails so I decided to try it out earlier this week.  Keep reading to hear about my experience!

Originally, I went into the salon to try the dip powder trend that I’ve heard a lot about during the past couple months.  When I spoke to one of the ladies at the salon and told her that was my intention, she looked at my nails and said they were in wonderful condition and that she would rather not do the dip powder.  When I asked her why, she said it actually harms your nails and makes them weak!  I have a friend who gets the dip powder done frequently and she says it makes your nails stronger, so I’m not sure what to think about it but I ended up going with the gel instead – just to be on the safe side.

Since I didn’t know a lot about the process of getting gel nails prior to going into the salon, I wasn’t sure what the experience would be like but it was really nice!  They cut and file your nails just like usual but then they move on to do coats of different things that they wouldn’t do if you were just getting polish put on.  In between the different coats, you put your hands under a light that dries and hardens the gel and it works very quickly.  When we were done, I was expecting to have to go over to where you put your hands under the fan but with gel, you don’t have to do that!  Once you do one or two cycles of putting your nails under the light, you’re good to go!  It’s extremely time efficient and works like a charm!

As you can tell, I’m now a big fan of gel nails.  I’ve had them for over a week and they still look beautiful so maybe this will be my new go-to thing when I get my nails done in the future!  Have you ever gotten gel nails?  Let me know in the comments if you liked it or not.  See you next week!

The Best Classes to Take at JMU

October 3, 2017

Hey everyone and welcome back to Allison in Wonderland!  If you’re new to my blog, welcome!  I’m Alli and I post once a week about whatever exciting things are going on in my life.  Today’s post is going to be all about the best and most fun classes to take at James Madison University so I hope you enjoy it!  Let’s get started!

Beginning with the easiest of the easy classes, Basic Tennis (KIN 125) and Basic Volleyball (KIN 179) are the way to go.  They’re meant for beginners, just like they sound, and don’t require you to have any preexisting skills going into the class.  I played both tennis and volleyball in high school, so I knew a little bit going in, but the professors are really just looking for you to put effort in during your class time.  Both of these courses are a blast to go to and require barely any work outside of class.  Plus, you don’t have to go to the gym that day because you’re already getting your workout in!  In addition to offering these two KIN classes, JMU also offers other KIN courses like Kickboxing and Basic Golf.  I haven’t taken any sport classes besides tennis and volleyball, but I would assume they all require about the same time and energy commitment.

The next course that I would 100% recommend enrolling in is called Dollars and Sense (UNST 475).  Dollars and Sense is a once-a-week course where you’re taught the basics of budgeting and money management.  I’m taking the class now – I’ve only been in it for a few weeks – and it’s already one of the most beneficial classes I’ve ever taken.  With the information I’ve learned so far, I’ve already changed some of my spending habits and I feel so much more competent when it comes to setting up my financial future.  Although this course requires quite a bit of work outside of class, the assignments aren’t hard and they’ll really benefit you once you graduate.

My next recommendation is called Wilderness First Aid (KIN 175).  This is a course that’s only 8 weeks long and I had never heard of it until last semester.  In this class, you learn about everything from splinting injuries to helping shock victims and we get to go outside during every class!  There are a couple quizzes throughout the curriculum but you get your wilderness first aid certification at the end of the class so it’s all worth it.

My last course recommendation is Sign Language (CSD 420).  Sign language is so cool and I’m so glad I’m finally learning it!  The class is taught by a graduate student and is one of the most fun classes I’ve ever taken at JMU.  There’s obviously a lot of memorization in this class but we do a lot of reviewing and you can always look things up on YouTube if you’re confused about a particular sign.  Sign language is also a skill that not a lot of people have so it’s a great resume booster if you’re looking to improve your job outlook!

Those are all the course recommendations I have for you today – I hope they help you in planning your future semesters!  If you end up enrolling in any of these courses or have already taken any of them, comment below and let me know which ones.  Have an amazing rest of your week and I’ll see you next Tuesday!

An Autumn Weekend In My Life + OOTD

September 26, 2017

Hey everyone, thanks for visiting Allison in Wonderland today!  Last week’s post (linked here) was all about my birthday – I turned 21 last week!  So, this week, I thought it would be fun to give you another little glimpse into my life with a weekend in my life post.  Enjoy!

Starting on Friday, I went to my first and only class of the day – tennis.  For the past two semesters, I’ve been spoiled with not having Friday classes, so this semester is a little different for me.  But even though I do have class, it’s such a fun one to go to!  Let me know in the comments if you’d like to see a post about the best and easiest classes to take at JMU!

After grabbing some lunch after class, I met up with a photographer (@elefthographia) that also goes to James Madison to do a little downtown photoshoot.  I originally wanted to take some autumn-y photos with a warm, oversized sweater and boots but it ended up being in the 80s when we were shooting so I went for a bit of a cooler look.  I had to throw the outfit together pretty quickly once I realized how hot it was going to be but I love how it turned out!  My overalls are from Urban Outfitters and my tee is from Macy’s!  I got both of these pieces pretty recently, so they should still be in stock if you wanna scoop them up.

After we were done shooting, I raced right to an event for my sorority where we were celebrated the bids we recently gave out to our new candidates for this semester!  Gaining new sisters is always fun but this year was extra special for me because it’s the last recruitment I’ll go through before I graduate.  My time in my sorority has gone by so quickly and I’ve loved every minute of it; I can’t believe it’s almost over!

On Saturday, I headed to Pennsylvania to spend the rest of the weekend with my boyfriend!  We spent most of our night in Gettysburg at the Appalachian Brewery.  They had the cutest little outdoor space with picnic tables and string lights and it was a great place to meet up with friends!  I will definitely be going back as soon as I can.

I finished off the weekend with a few meetings and tried to take some time to relax before another busy week began!  This time of year is so incredible for enjoying down time because the weather is wonderful and the scenery is so beautiful.  I just can’t wait for October to begin so I can break out my fall sweaters!

Thanks for reading today’s “Weekend In My Life” post and don’t forget to follow Eleftheria (my photographer for the photos above) on Instagram!  Have a great week!

Things I'm Loving Right Now

21 Years

September 19, 2017

Hi everyone and happy, happy Tuesday!  Today’s post is a little bit special because I turned 21 last week!  Woohoo!  I can’t believe I’m already 21 – this past year flew by!  Instead of doing a traditional “what I got for my birthday post,” I’m going to be sharing 21 things I love about my life right now!  I’m sure you’ve all noticed that the world has been extra negative lately so I want to bring some light to it.  Let’s get started!

It’s finally Fall!  Fall is definitely my favorite season, so I’m so excited!  I love the cooler weather (a.k.a. not having to sweat a ton while walking to class) and cooler weather means sweaters and boots and those are two of my favorite things!

I love that the USA was able to come together to support the Hurricane Harvey and Hurricane Irma victims.  Hurricane Harvey was incredibly devastating to the Houston, Texas area and, as bad as the disaster was, it was really heartwarming to see how the rest of the country was able to come together to support the victims.

JMU rocks!  As I’ve mentioned in a few other posts, I’m a student at James Madison University and I love it here!  The campus is just beautiful and the people are so, so nice.  I definitely chose the right school for me!

Sorority rush is a really fun process.  At JMU, I’m in a sorority called Sigma Alpha Omega and our recruitment was last week!  We’re in the process of getting a ton of new girls and it’s so exciting, especially because this is my last semester as an active sister.

Sunsets are incredible.  I’ve always loved sunsets, but I feel like the summer and the fall are the best time to watch them!  One of my bucket list items for this semester is to watch as many as I can.

Designated Survivor comes back on soon.  I love this show!  I started watching it last year and it’s so good!  It leaves you wishing you could watch all the episodes at once.  I recommend watching if you’re free on Wednesday nights!

So does Scandal!  Scandal is one of my favorites too – it’s so addicting!  I started watching years and years ago and, unfortunately, I think this is the last season so I’ll definitely be tuning in every week.

I got cute new curtains!  At school, I haven’t bought curtains to put up in my bedroom because I didn’t want to put big nails in the wall to hold them up, but this year too much sunlight was coming in my windows so I had to.  I got white, “black-out” ones from Target and they’re cute and such good quality!  They were only about $20 too!

IHOP is open 24/7.  I never go to IHOP except for when I’m at school and I don’t know why that is because it’s such a good weekend treat!  My boyfriend and I are long-distance and we always go to IHOP when he visits so I’ve learned to equate IHOP with my cute man and the weekend, so two very awesome things!

I found a cool new photo app called Planoly!  I learned about this app just recently and it’s a life-saver for social media fiends!  You can plan out what photos you’re going to post so your feed looks aesthetically pleasing and you can also schedule posts to go up for free.  That’s my favorite feature!

Connect 4 is my new favorite game.  On vacation this summer, my family and I played a lot of Connect 4 and now it’s one of my favorite things!  It’s so simple and seems like such an elementary school game but I love it!

I’m going to New York City next month for a cool, secret project!  In about a month, I’m heading to the big city to shoot a super cool project.  Any guesses what I’m doing?

I just got the coolest light box!  I went to Michael’s the other day and I found a really inexpensive light box to set up in my room.  I’ve been seeing these everywhere so I was excited to get one of my own!

My family is amazing!  As much as I love coming back to school in the Fall, it’s always a little bit sad because I have to leave my family.  They’re so supportive and encouraging and I love them so much!

I have a winter road-trip planned.  I am in the planning phases of booking a big road trip this winter to a few major southern cities.  Recommendations are accepted and appreciated!  Please leave them in the comments!

My classes are easy!  I’m planning to do a more in-depth post in the upcoming weeks on the best classes to take at JMU and that post will feature a lot of the classes I’m taking this semester!  Most of them are fun and easy and exactly the classes you want to be taking during your last semester of college.

I’m going to hike Old Rag with my boyfriend.  Hiking Old Rag is something my boyfriend and I have been wanting to do for a few years now and we’re finally getting around to it!  Would you be interested in seeing a post about our experience?

My planner saves my life.  Every Fall, I’m reminded of what a lifesaver my planner is.  With classes and clubs starting back up again and meeting with people everyday for coffee or lunch, it’s hard to keep up with all your responsibilities!

I’m graduating in December!  I think I’ve mentioned this in a few posts but in case you missed it, I’m graduating in a couple months!  I can’t believe I’ve already been at JMU for almost four years.  It’s crazy how many cool experiences I’ve had since starting college and it’s so sad that it’s almost over.  Let me know if you’d like to see any college-related posts throughout the next few months!

Christmas is coming!  Ahhh!  I love Christmas!  What are you asking for this year?

God is good.  I wanted to finish with this one because, especially with the world we live in today, it’s important to understand that everything happens for a reason and that reason is good.  We might not always understand why things happen but being okay with not knowing everything is what having faith is all about.

And that’s a wrap!  I hope this post brought a little light and excitement into your day!  Have a great rest of your week!

What To Bring On a Tropical Vacation

September 12, 2017

Good morning and happy Tuesday!  I hope your September is going wonderfully so far.  I’m so excited for fall but first, I wanted to share my last vacation post of the summer!  Today, I’m sharing my packing essentials for the tropical vacation my family and I just went on so keep reading to find out what I brought!

Throughout my life, I’ve been on plenty of beach/tropical vacations but I’d never been to the Florida Keys, which is where I jetted off to in mid-August.  I had a week ahead of me at a beach resort and I was so excited to finally relax after a summer of working hard.  I knew we’d do some adventuring (click here to read my last post about our trip) but I also knew I’d be spending a lot of time by the pool, so I’ve compiled a list of my relaxation/adventuring must-haves.  Here they are!

My number one must-have is a big, floppy hat.  In the Keys, it was insanely hot and humid and it was hard to be out of the pool for more than thirty minutes at a time.  My straw hat (pictured in my last post) helped keep me cool and also helped shield my face and shoulders from the sun!

My next must-have is a good book.  Before the trip, I bought a book called “The Beach Club” by Elin Hilderbrand.  It’s a New York Times bestseller and it was pretty good!  It was an easy read that made you want to keep reading more and, when you’re getting a tan at the same time, nothing’s better than that!

Must-have number three is to bring more than one bathing suit.  On this trip, I brought three and I’m so glad I did because, with being in the water all day, my suit was constantly soaked and then would have trouble drying overnight because it was so humid outside!  I was definitely glad I could switch back and forth between the ones I brought.

The next must-have is a no brainer and it’s to bring tons of sunscreen!  Throughout the 7 days we were there, my family of four went through five cans of the spray sunscreen.  That’s crazy!  The sun is so hot in Florida that we wanted to make sure we didn’t get burnt and we ended up going through almost a bottle a day.

My last must-have is to buy an underwater camera.  With all the snorkeling, jet-skiing, and other water sports we did, it would have been nice to be able to not worry about getting our phones wet and use a waterproof camera instead.  Especially with snorkeling, an underwater camera would have captured such cool moments!

Those are all my tropical vacation must-haves – thanks for reading!  As always, I’ll be back next Tuesday with another post so be on the lookout for that!  Have a great week!

Being a Tourist In: Key Largo, Florida

September 5, 2017

Hi everyone!  Welcome back to my blog and to the first of my tropical vacation posts!  Two weeks ago, my family and I traveled to Key Largo, Florida and I’m here to tell ya all about it.  Keep reading for all the details!

On Sunday, we flew down to Ft. Lauderdale and then drove the rest of the way down to the Keys.  Initially, it looked like it was going to rain all week because it was the start of their wet season, but it actually ended up being a beautiful, rain-free week!  We stayed at the Key Largo Bay Marriott Beach Resort and overall, I really loved the resort!  It was right on the water and had a great pool and hot tub.  They had plenty of hammocks and guests had access to jet-skis, paddle boards, kayaks, and parasailing right at the hotel!  There was also a spot for the snorkeling and scuba diving boats to pick you up right on site.  It was awesome!

On Monday, we started our adventures with renting a couple jet-skis.  I don’t have a great history with jet-skiing because, in high school, I went on vacation to Panama City Beach and that was the first time I was ever on one.  I wasn’t old enough to drive it then so I was riding on the back with someone else and it was just terrible.  I didn’t like how fast we were going and that I had no control so I was a bit nervous going into the experience this time but it was actually a lot of fun!  I’m old enough now to drive the jet-ski myself and I had a great time!  I would definitely recommend renting jet-skis on your next vacation if you have the chance.

Our adventure of the day on Tuesday was snorkeling!  There was a company right at the resort called Ocean Divers and that’s where we booked our snorkeling trip.  We caught the boat there, at 9:00am, and we were off!  We went to two locations – one was called the Christ statue and the other was called Horseshoe – and they were both wonderful.  Some parts were pretty deep and others were shallow so we got to see a lot of different fish and plants on the bottom of the ocean!  The instructors, Tuck and Dani, were awesome and it was such a cool experience!

We spent the majority of the next two days at the pool, relaxing.  We had explored and adventured so much the two days before that it was nice to spend some time lounging by the pool.  Going into the vacation, I thought we’d spend more time in the ocean, but the ocean was as warm as a bath!  That would usually be a good thing, but it was so hot and humid during the day that we just wanted something to cool us off from the burning sun.

On Friday, our last full day in Florida, we parasailed!  It was super easy to book and super quick once you got on the boat.  We stayed in the air for 10-12 minutes and it was really relaxing and peaceful!  It barely felt like you were moving and there was such a good view because we were up so high.  My dad is scared of heights and he didn’t have a problem with doing this, so if you’re scared of heights too, I’d say you’re safe to go for it!  Also on Friday, we discovered that the resort had a game section!  There was a little outdoor room on the first floor that had life-size games like Jenga and Connect 4!  There was also shuffle board and a few ping pong tables!  We spent a good amount of time here because there was so much to do.  I loved that the resort had this!

Our last day was mostly spent packing up and being sad that we were leaving.  It was such an amazing vacation and I didn’t want it to end!  Next week, I’ll have another vacation post coming to the blog about what to pack for a tropical vacation so be sure to come back for that one!  Have a great week!

I Chopped + Colored My Hair

August 29, 2017

Hi everyone!  I’m Alli, thanks for visiting my blog today!  I did a post at the very beginning of the year saying I had chopped my hair and guess what… I’ve done it again but this time, I actually did a pretty drastic color change as well!  Keep reading to find out exactly what I asked for from my stylist and how I’m liking it so far!

THE CUT:

Going into my hair appointments, I always have tons of examples pinned to my “Hair Inspiration” board on Pinterest.  Even though my cutting stylist (I go to different people for cut and color) has luckily never given me a bad hair cut, I still get nervous that she’s going to take too much off so going in to the appointment with a few photos for her to look at makes me feel so much less scared.

This time around, I mainly showed her photos of women with hair that was about collarbone length.  Over the years, I’ve learned that shoulder length hair and collarbone length hair are not the same and it has made such a difference in how my hair cuts turn out!  When I would ask for shoulder length hair, it would always come out a little shorter than I wanted and that’s when I realized that I was really wanting it to fall just past the shoulder, at my collarbone.  Another thing I asked for was that I wanted it to be that length when it was curled and that makes a big difference in how she cuts it as well.  When you curl your hair, it makes it look a couple inches shorter, so the stylist needs to keep some of your length in order to have it fall at your collarbone when you curl it yourself.

Overall, I really, really love the length and think I’m going to stay on the shorter side for a while.  I thought after I chopped it in the winter that it would be a one time thing and then I’d grow it out again but here I am!

THE COLOR:

Usually, I try to do both the cut and color during the same week, but this time I had to space them a couple weeks apart.  I actually ended up liking the space, though, because it gave me time to get used to the cut for a week or two before I had to get used to the color change.  It made it an easier transition!  Going into this appointment, I brought along my trusty Pinterest examples and was super excited!  I was going blonder than I ever had before and I couldn’t wait!

I ended up leaving my appointment with a different look than I thought I’d be leaving with.  It was my first negative color experience!  I had asked for a very bright, blonde balayage with a few face-framing pieces.  Because my natural color is so dark and I was going pretty light towards the bottom, some mistakes were made and I ended up with a horizontal line around my head where the color started.  It was kinda bad.  Luckily, my stylist was incredible and immediately booked me an appointment to come back the following morning to fix it.  Due to the line of color being pretty far up on my hair, the only way to make it look good again was to make me almost totally blonde.  It has definitely taken some getting used to but I’m really happy with it.  It’s fun and different for me!

That wraps up today’s post but please let me know in the comments if you’ve tried any new hair trends lately and if you love it or not!  Also, come back next Tuesday for the start of my summer vacation posts.  My family and I visited somewhere tropical a few weeks ago so the palm tree photos will be in full swing!  Have a great week!

My New Favorite Tee ft. walk in love.

August 21, 2017

Hi cuties!  I have a very exciting fashion post to share with you today.  Have you ever heard of the Christian clothing company called walk in love.?  If not, I’m extra glad you clicked on this post because I’m collaborating with them today to promote their new trend of releasing a tee of the week!

I first came across this company on Pinterest and was immediately drawn to them because of how amazing their graphic design is on their merchandise!  I love how different each of their designs are but also how equally cool they all are as well!  Each of their tees reflects a different Bible verse and it’s super refreshing to see a company so grounded in their beliefs.  As you can tell from their products and their website, they’re extremely dedicated to encouraging the community to love others and I just think this company is such a light, especially in the world we live in today!

The tee that was released today is the super cute one you see me wearing above!  Not only is it super cute, but it’s actually one of the most comfortable tees I’ve ever owned!  On the front, it says “bind my wandering heart to thee” and it’s such a good reminder for us all!  For today only, if you purchase this tee (click here) and use the code HEART15, you get 15% off.  What a deal!  Their tees are affordable even without the discount, so with the discount it’s a steal!  Another plus about this tee is that it’s unisex so you’re good to go whether you’re getting it for yourself, a friend, or a significant other.

Another tee I’m obsessed with from walk in love. is this one pictured below.  It was their tee of the week last week and I had to scoop this one up as fast as I could!  They call the color “dusty rose” and that’s my absolute favorite color of the moment so I was pumped when this one came in the mail.  When you order from them, they also send you a little decal that you can use on your laptop or water bottle so you get an extra little surprise thrown in your bag!

Tees are one of my favorite things to wear all year round because you can wear them everywhere!  To class, to the gym, and even on a date!  Especially with back to school season just around the corner, I want to order as many of these as I can.  I can’t wait to see what the tee of the week will look like next week!

Well that’s a wrap on this week’s post, I hope you enjoyed!  If you order one of these tees, be sure to let me know in the comments below – I’d love to know what you think of it!  Have a great rest of your week and be sure to come back next Tuesday for a travel post!  Bye!
